S10N Apps ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Centy mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

This Privacy Policy is provided in compliance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines (Section 5.1.1), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy laws.

1. Data We Collect

Data You Provide Directly

We do NOT require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use Centy. The App functions entirely without collecting personally identifiable information (PII).

When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information:

  • Location Access (Optional): If granted, used ONLY to suggest local currency. Location data is NOT stored or transmitted.

Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact information
  • Financial data, bank accounts, credit card numbers, or transaction history
  • Unique device identifiers for advertising or tracking purposes
  • Browsing history or data from other apps
  • Biometric data or health data
  • Precise geolocation (only country-level if location is granted)

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the limited, anonymous data we collect ONLY for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the App's core functionality

Local Storage

Your conversion history, currency preferences, and app settings are stored LOCALLY on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data:

  • Never leaves your device
  • Is not transmitted to our servers
  • Is protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, etc.)
  • Is encrypted at rest by iOS

Cloud Synchronization

Cloud synchronization is currently DISABLED. All your data remains on your device only.

Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • All network requests use HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.2+)
  • No sensitive data is transmitted or stored on external servers
  • No authentication credentials are stored (no account system)
  • We follow Apple's security best practices for iOS development

How to Delete Your Data

  • Delete Local Data: Uninstall the App from your device. This removes ALL local data.
  • Request Analytics Deletion: Email centy@s10n.app with subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will delete any analytics data within 30 days.

How to Revoke Consent

  • Camera Access: Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → Centy → Off
  • Location Access: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Centy → Never

6. Your Privacy Rights

Rights for All Users

  • Right to Access: View your locally stored data in App settings
  • Right to Delete: Delete data by uninstalling the App
  • Right to Opt-Out: Disable optional permissions in device settings
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Revoke permissions at any time

European Economic Area (EEA) - GDPR Rights

If you are in the EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing.

California Residents - CCPA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, opt-out of sale (we do NOT sell personal information), and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

7. Children's Privacy

  • The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages
  • We do NOT knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
  • The App does NOT require any personal information to function
  • We comply with COPPA and similar laws
